We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third parties. Because of this, there is no cookie banner.
Who receives your data
Only CODECart staff who need it to answer you. Our web hosting and email providers process data on our behalf, under data-processing agreements. If you become a customer, your data may also be kept in our business records as required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless it leads to a business relationship, in which case the retention periods required by Romanian law for business records apply. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email office@codec-art.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If we change how this website handles personal data — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page first.
