Speaker boost and protection system

Several years long project (still on-going) based on the customer’s proprietary algorithm to provide audio enhancements and speaker protection, present on the market in various mobile phones as well as other applications.

    Main Responsabilities:

• Turning the Matlab reference algorithm into fixed-point
• Creating the fixed-point C reference
• Designing the module structure and API
• Creating the elementary functions as building blocks to be used throughout the code
• Designing tests and validating the implementations
• Supporting the integration of the code
• Porting and optimization for some specific processors
